AFLA Hall of Fame!
In a word, the AFLA Conference that concluded on Wednesday was superb! We are always delighted to be present each year when six exceptionally worthy fleet professionals are inducted into the AFLA Fleet Hall of Fame. This year, the association honored: Sal Crimi, the late founder of Salex; Ford retiree Jerry Frick; Don Miller, retired from Mike Albert Fleet Solutions; McDonald’s fleet manager, Sue Miller; Hallmark’s fleet manager, Debbie Mize; and ARI IT pioneer and retiree, Howard Wodack.
We heard a lot about innovation at the AFLA Conference. If that topic stirs you, do not miss the third in our Customer Experience Insights series by author Jeof Bean: The Do-Fors: Beyond Products, Features, Services, and Price for Leadership. Jeof says, “The Do-Fors quickly answer the questions: What will that do for me? Why should I care? Am I willing to pay for that? The Do-Fors are an integral part of the entire customer experience including messages, processes, people, products and services.”
Don’t forget: Drive Safely Work Week is coming up the first five days of October! If you haven’t downloaded the free material yet, just go to the NETS website
Drive Safety,
